The study regarding the development of creative industries, especially those in the field of fashion in the participating countries will be an innovative one, being the first of its kind

The concept of “creative industries” is a relatively new concept, and so far the only study of this area was done by Ernst & Young using data for the year 2013, but is but a global one, for all creative industries, not only fashion and relative fields.

After completion, the study’s results will be available on the website of each partner in both the local language and in English.

This will increase the impact of dissemination and multiplication, with multiplier events that will be organized in this respect, in every country of the partners involved in the project.

The fact that the documents will be posted in English will significantly increase the visibility of project results, their impact and transferability and could be used in any country in the world, not only in countries where the project partners come from.

02- Study regarding the needs and problems identified in the field of creative industries, especially those in the field of fashion (fashion design, fashion accessories and jewellery) in the participating countries

The study will include the needs and problems identified in the field of creative industries, especially those in the field of fashion (fashion design, fashion accessories and jewellery) in the participating countries;

The study will be an innovative one, just by the fact that until now such a study has not been drafted. Data will be collected by all the partners involved in the countries where they come from and will be compiled in a study which will be developed both in English and in the languages of the participating countries.

Contact details of the survey’s responders will be collected in a database and will be used for other activities in the project (e.g. pilot training sessions, multiplier events and dissemination). The database will be maintained and updated throughout the project duration by all partners.

03- Good practice guide including a SWOT analysis of fashion creative industries

The good practice guide for the creative industries in the field of fashion will include a SWOT analysis in the required fields and will be based on the results of two previous studies.

Also, it will include directions and business development in the field and, not least, the possibilities and opportunities for training in fashion, including those aimed at promoting work-based learning in all its forms, with particular attention to including ways training in the workplace and apprenticeship, involving specialized companies and training providers, with a specific focus on local, regional, national and European dimension.

The internationalization business guide (given the recognition of the great cultural diversity of the world and need to take into account cultural values in management strategy and business practice worldwide)

Internationalization business guide will be a tool that will meet both cultural and report national/international coordinates.

The guide will be a real support to the players involved in the fashion area, to correlate the vast cultural diversity of the world and the need to consider promoting them internationally.

Also, the guide will present the issues to be considered when developing the strategy of internationalization, with particular emphasis on enrollment in the association’s profile and, especially, participation in international events (fashion fairs).

Innovative training methodology for proposing map occupations analyzed and designs an itinerary training to adapt and acquire the necessary skills within the company’s efficiency targets.

This will include training on entrepreneurship, self-employment and employment opportunities in the innovative design fashion accessories, management, financing, internationalization business etc.

Additional, the training programme structure will be based on the training needs mentioned in the questionnaires filled up in O2.

Innovation is that it will be a methodology that involves combining several fields that, at first sight, have not so much in common: art and management, the art of colours and the internationalization of business, techniques for creating jewellery and entrepreneurship, clothing accessories and economic and strategic criteria.
