Creative industries” is a relatively new concept, launched in the mid 90 in the UK and subsequently developed in Australia.
The concept of “creative industries” includes areas whose work involves scientific or artistic creativity, including fashion design, fashion and accessories.
Creative industries targets everything that is produced by science and artistic creativity and has industrial potential, that enter into the economic circuit, creates added value, generates government revenue through taxes paid, creates jobs and profit, help regional and national development.
According to a study released by Ernst & Young (first study of its kind), all 11 creative and cultural industries play an increasingly important role in the global economy. In 2013, they generated revenues of 2.250 billion USD (3% of global GDP) and provided 29.5 million jobs.
In this context, the present project aims to create an instrument of innovative training that will enable the target group to learn and put into practice various ways to improve their knowledge in fashion and fashion design, fashion accessories and jewellery and, not least, the entrepreneurial knowledge necessary for market penetration and internationalization of business.
Specific objective 1:
Conduct studies in all participating countries, on the development of creative industries, especially those in the field of fashion (fashion design, jewellery, fashion accessories) and assembling them in a comprehensive study in order to identify training needs and directions subsequent action.
Specific Objective 2:
Exchange best practices in order to prepare itineraries adequate training skills development required people working in creative industries (fashion, design, fashion accessories) in order to develop this sector great emphasis on artistic creativity, so as to enter into the economic circuit producing value.
Specific Objective 3:
Develop an innovative training methodology, in order to train the target group of the project in order to increase the skills needed in the creative industries of fashion, taking into account the entrepreneurial component in order to develop their business and positioning on both the local market and business internationalization.
Specific Objective 4:
Organizing a pilot training course in order to design a map of the itinerary training, where the participants will learn to adapt and acquire the necessary skills within the company’s efficiency targets.
Related activities: artistic skills, training on entrepreneurship, self-employment and employment opportunities in the innovative design fashion accessories, management, business internationalization and more.
Specific Objective 5:
Meetings between actors in fashion creative industries and people from the target group for multiplying effects associated with the intellectual products. will attend local actors in the creative industries, fashion industry and related fields, officials of related responsible institutions, training providers, etc.
Need internationalization in every area comes from taking advantage of the skills of each actor created in the field. In this way they get both benefits, both economic and non-economic; the most important are: the effects of valuable intellectual effects and especially the effects propagated – in this case, the possibility multiplication results of this project.
Transnationality has advantages of sharing experience and expertise of each partner, different approaches and complementary approaches in economically and culturally.
Creative industries and especially fashion are perhaps the best ambassadors of internationalization and globalization. We consider that the transnational nature of the project, developed by a consortium with a high degree of competencies in the execution of the tasks, will Develop to Successfully Meet the Objectives of the project.
Another advantage of the transnational character of the project is that the results will be disseminated in all countries where they come from partners, increasing the impact of the Project.
